Dear Parents/Carers,
Learning Assets
This week I want to share with you our last learning asset number 6; “I am a researcher”.
Teaching children the skills to find answers and interrogate information is an important skill to learn. Finding answers to problems or looking for information that is accurate and appropriate is a prerequisite for proactive learners. Researchers need to be curious, courageous, resourceful, questioners and investigators. There are many ways to find out information and learning how to do this is certainly a skill that helps life-long learners.

Tuggeranong Athletics Carnival
Well done to all the children who competed in the Tuggeranong Athletics carnival yesterday. We have a number of children who will be progressing to the ACT carnival, and the ribbons for those children will be handed out at Friday's Assembly.
Congratulations to the following girls who were selected as Arawang Representatives in the Under 11 teams this year.
They all competed in the ACT Junior Championships in July.
