Flexischools

At the moment, there seems to be a lot of problems with using the online ordering system. I have spoken to Flexischools, and although they are very apologetic, the problem does not seem to be easily solved. 

It is due to a large amount of traffic on their servers, particularly in the mornings.

So, a few things you can do to help;

• Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded.
• Order the night before if at all possible.
• Spend as little time logged in as possible, so if you need to top up your account, maybe try and do that outside the busy times.
• I am happy to take cash orders if you get stuck.

Brown bananas

It is always the case, that when I need bananas to be ‘baking ready’, all the shop has nice new ones!

So, if you find yourself with a couple of bananas that are a bit far gone, and you don’t want them to go to waste, please consider donating them to my muffin making. They can happily be frozen in their skins, just put them in a plastic bag and drop them off at the canteen.
